• The benefits which flow from purpose 3.1.1 include the promotion of biblical teaching and the maintenance of doctrines by embracing preaching, door to door evangelism, street preaching, Sunday school classes, mid week Bible studies, Church newsletters or other means such as blogs, podcasts, radio or television. • The promotion of spiritual

teaching in a wide sense and the maintenance of doctrines by members which it rests on, the observances that equally serve to promote and manifest Christian teaching o Observances embraces the act of worship by members and these can be facilitated through Church service to which members of the public are free to attend as an expression of their free will or choice • Meeting of spiritual needs of members as a primary benefit • As a Christian body members of varying age groups benefit from Christian teaching and learning from each other • As a Christian group we welcome people of different backgrounds as we believe that as a Church we are the source of spiritual, moral and physical healing to those who access our service • The benefits which flow from purpose 3.1.2 include creation of opportunities for personal advancement and development to those who would generally be not able to due to their circumstances • Providing training for rural communities on how to be self sufficient and in the progress bring them out of poverty. • Advancing the prevention, eradication or relief of poverty • Provision of clean water reduces water borne diseases where unsuitable water has been used for household purposes – through drilling of boreholes • Creating educational opportunities through assisting those who would be marginalised in society due to their backgrounds or upbringing or social exclusion. • Making educational grants for school going age children locally and in developing countries with a particular focus to Zimbabwe rural schools • Supplying of books, payment of school fees, clothing, bedding and food to neglected children in Zimbabwe in particular • Providing training for rural communities on how to be self sufficient and in the progress bring them out of poverty. • Improved health and well being of community beneficiaries who would otherwise be required to pay for their health • Improves ability to work and be self reliant • Advancing the prevention, eradication or relief of poverty • Christian belief offers people a set of values by which to live and make decisions as to how people should interact with fellow humans, we are guided by the simple commandment which states ‘love your neighbour as you love yourself’ by understanding this it leads us to other objectives below. • As Christians we benefit from morals and ethics being the basis of civilised behaviour • Christians or those who endeavour to follow it have a degree of psychological well being • Through education concerning the institution of marriage with particular reference to benefit in emotional, physical and sexual relationships which will lead to personal development in responsibilities and enrichment of family life. • Fostering of cultural understanding on an international level for the benefit of volunteers and those being served. Through such cultural exchanges can we assist to understand and value each other for the benefit of serving each other in mutual relationship development. • Improved the well being of family beneficiaries in order to build strong families and thereby building strong communities and building strong nations whose core values are respect of each other’s values and freedom of choice for the purposes of enriching family relationships. There is no harm flowing from these purposes and nobody gains a private benefit as a result of them being carried out.

2. The Trust is established to support by means of financial assistance and voluntary work to any charitable project for the promotion of the Christian faith, the prevention and relief of poverty, suffering and distress, the advancement of education, the promotion, preservation and protection of public health, the promotion of sustainable

development and the promotion of the benefit of those inhabitants who are in need of assistance as a result of their poverty or social and economic circumstances in the countries of Northern Ireland, Great Britain and Zimbabwe in particular but not exclusively (hereinafter referred to as “the area of benefit”) by associating with the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants of the area of benefit in a common effort to improve the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular: 3. to advance the Christian faith in the area of benefit through evangelism and the provision of biblically based teaching, discipleship training, meetings, bible studies and social activities and in such other ways and in such parts of Northern Ireland or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit; 4. to relieve poverty and hunger in the area of benefit by any charitable means and in particular through the provision of food, clothing and care; 5. the relief of sickness among the beneficiaries by the provision, installation and maintenance of equipment to provide clean water, improve sanitation and assist in the control of water borne diseases; and the provision of items and services required to ease suffering; 6. to advance the education of the inhabitants n the basis of Christian principles through their educational and leisure activities so as to develop their spiritual, physical, mental and emotional capacities in such ways as the trustees may from time to time think fit;

Charitable purposes

1. The Trust is established to support by means of financial assistance and voluntary work to any charitable project for the promotion of the Christian faith, the prevention and relief of poverty, suffering and distress, the advancement of education, the promotion, preservation and protection of public health, the promotion of sustainable development and the promotion of the benefit of those inhabitants who are in need of assistance as a result of their poverty or social and economic circumstances in the countries of Northern Ireland, Great Britain and Zimbabwe in particular but not exclusively (hereinafter referred to as “the area of benefit”) by associating with the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants of the area of benefit in a common effort to improve the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular: 2. to advance the Christian faith in the area of benefit through evangelism and the provision of biblically based teaching, discipleship training, meetings, bible studies and social activities and in such other ways and in such parts of Northern Ireland or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit; 3. to relieve poverty and hunger in the area of benefit by any charitable means and in particular through the provision of food, clothing and care; 4. the relief of sickness among the beneficiaries by the provision, installation and maintenance of equipment to provide clean water, improve sanitation and assist in the control of water borne diseases; and the provision of items and services required to ease suffering; 5. to advance the education of the inhabitants n the basis of Christian principles through their educational and leisure activities so as to develop their spiritual, physical, mental and emotional capacities in such ways as the trustees may from time to time think fit; 6. to promote or assist in promoting capacity building programmes and projects for the benefit of the inhabitants within the area of benefit who have need of such assistance as a result of their youth, gender, age, disability or infirmity, or social and economic circumstances, in an effort to increase the abilities, skills, self-esteem and self-confidence of such children and young people in the area of benefit; 7. to encourage new, and strengthen existing, partnerships with churches and evangelical groups in the area of benefit in an effort to enable local churches to support local communities in religious education and poverty alleviation; 8. to recruit, select and send out volunteers for both short and long term service within the area of benefit; 9. to educate the public concerning the institution of marriage with particular reference to emotional, physical and sexual relationships and with a view to developing personal responsibilities and enriching family life; 10. to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the Trustees, may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
