health and speeding the recovery from ill health. 5. Bereaved and troubled society members are provided with comfort and council thus reducing the risk of suicide or depression. 6. Followers and the wider public are provided with the means to carry out public and legal rituals and ceremonies. 7. Education of Students and Ministers of Religion. Can you demonstrate this? Our Charity can demonstrate this from: 1. Feedback from beneficaries. 2. Evidence of financial records. 3. Increasing congregation numbers 4. Increase in mental and physical health of those assisted 5. Records of public and legal rituals and ceremonies. 6. Ministerial recognition and educational records of qualifications. Is there any harm or possibility of harm outweighed by the benefit? Our charities benefits have no harm or possibility of harm associated with them. Who is the Benefit for? The Charities beneficiaries are people living within Northern Ireland and particularly those within the local Comber area. Is there any private benefit? Is it incidental and necessary? The only private benefits flowing from this purpose are: 1. Salary payments to our Minister and Organist 2. Provision of a Manse for our Minister. These are necessary and incidental because these are required to facilitate our purpose and provide the associated benefits.

1. Providing religious meetings and a childrens Sunday School where teachings and guidance are provided through the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament. 2. Providing financial support through freewill and collections for a number of charities. These include (to name but a few): • The Comber Coal Fund • The Orphan Society • Dean of St Annes

Providing meaning to life & spiritual well-being, development of spirituality as well as providing a moral and ethical framework to live by. This provides comfort, solace and a sense of purpose and also benefits the wider society. Increasing congregation numbers as well as long founded member numbers help support our services to the society. 4. Providing a means, through religious teachings and support, where persons can find purpose in life and increase mental and physical health which assists in recovery from illness. 5. Providing a meeting house (Church) where persons can feel welcome and safe for the purposes of worship or ceremony. Sacred spaces are provided for buriel and memorial purposes. 6. Providing a Church Hall for the purposes of individuals, groups, and entertainment events. 7. Providing support through a dedicated Minister, friends, and spiritual teachings to aid the resolve of grief and find further meaning to life. 8. Providing services for rituals and ceremonies such as Baptism and Marriage. 9. Providing financial as well as education opportunities for Students and Ministers. Financial support through an Auxiliary Fund and the provision of a meeting house and associated buildings for the furtherance of the Students or Ministers education. This includes the invitation of other religious charities to conduct services within the meeting house.
