Purpose 3.1 (a) to promote the health and education of the beneficiaries by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and recreational services in an educational environment ancillary to those provided by the statutory authorities The public benefit of this purpose is to help in improving health and educational outcomes for

the children of St. Paul’s P.S., Cabra by providing equipment and facilities to enhance their opportunities with regard to physical and mental stimulation. to foster more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others who befriend the School. The benefit flowing from this purpose is that good parent/teacher relationships help children to feel good about school and this should help contribute to the children’s success at school. It will also be beneficial for parents to have opportunities to socialise together and strengthen bonds as a close knit community for our children to grow up in. to promote activities which support the School and the education (including social, physical and vocational training) of the beneficiaries in such ways as the Committee may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity. The benefit flowing from this purpose is to support the school staff in the provision of educational opportunities to enhance the children’s learning and help them on their journey of growing up in our community and also to future proof the charitable work of F.O.S.P.A. These benefits will be demonstrated by the strength of support from parents and the community for the fund raising activities organised by F.O.S.P.A. There is no harm or possibility of harm flowing from our charity. The charity’s beneficiaries are the children of St. Paul’s Primary School, Cabra, Newry, Co. Down.

We raise money via a number of different fundraising initiatives such as quizzes and dances to directly benefit the pupils of St. Paul's Primary School, Cabra in regard to their social and emotional development during their education.
