The direct benefit is the provision of child care facilities and recreational activities in the interest of social welfare leading to increased education and development of children in the area without distinction of sex, race, creed, political or other opinion. These benefits are demonstrated by completion of OFMDFM monitoring forms and evaluation
feedback from service users. There is no harm or private flowing from the purposes. The beneficaries are the children of lone parent, low income families and those within the district who use our facility.
