Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from purpose are that the 280 (approx) children that attend the school in Nayaga have a building with a roof over their head, a desk to sit at and also school books supplied in which they can follow the school curriculum. Registered teachers to supply the teaching and a meal every school day. The benefit of the help
to the AIDS orphanage is that clothes were supplied to the children and food for nutrition. The benefit of the medical camps in India is that many people received eye operations and aftercare which in most cases gave them back their eyesight and return to work to provide for their families. The benefits are evidenced by photographs of the school and the reports from the school. The AIDS orphanage benefits are also evidenced by photographs. The medical camps are also evidenced by photographic means and receipts and confirmation by the Doctors that participated in the camps. There is no harm flowing from our purpose. The beneficaries are those in need within the area of benefit.

Our organisation collects donations and has provided funds to facilitate the rebuilding of a school in Nayaga, Uganda. Supplied food supplies and clothing to an AIDS orphanage in Gilgill, Kenya and facilitated medical camps for eye operations in Navsari, India.

The Company's objects are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Uganda, India and Africa and others anywhere in the world (hereinafter described as the area of benefit.) without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, to promote the relief of the elderly and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
