Public benefits

Happy Days Playgroup provides a pre-school provision for children of Coalisland and the surrounding area of Co- Tyrone. We benefit the town of Coalisland and surrounding area by giving their children the best possible start to their education and preparing them for Primary School. We provide a safe and stimulating environment in which children

from all backgrounds can acquire the skills and attitudes to become individuals and successful learners. We follow the values and principles of Early Years and were recently awarded Accredited status and received Outstanding in our latest Education inspection. We are a community service where parents from all backgrounds can become involved through fund-raising, joining the committee, courses, and trips, enabling isolated parents and new parents to meet others. There is no private benefit or potential harm from the purposes of Happy Days Playgroup.

What your organisation does

We provide pre school education for 24 children each year. We aim to equip each child that comes into our setting with the skills, attitudes and expectations for them to develop as confident individuals and successful learners.
