What your organisation does

The Women’s Resource and Development Agency is a regional organisation, established in 1983, to provide support for women’s groups and networks across Northern Ireland. Our mission is to advance women’s equality and participation in society by working to bring about social, political and economic change. The groups we work with are from all

traditions and from urban and rural areas of Northern Ireland. We work at grass roots level to the highest levels of policy making and politics. We empower women from local communities and support them to articulate their needs. We also advance women’s interests within key policy fora.
