Public benefits

The direct benefits flowing from our purposes are: a) The encouragement, support and development of men and women in leadership in their indigenous settings thus enabling them to minister into and contribute practically to the wellbeing and future hope of their families and communities. This occurs by: • Helping people who are trapped by life

controlling issues, e.g., drug addiction, alcoholism and self-harm. • The education of people who live in situations where education is not affordable. • The provision of medical facilities to help those who suffer illnesses related to war or poverty e.g., HIV aids. • Feeding programmes to provide nutritious meals for people who live in situations of extreme poverty. b) To advance the Christian faith. This occurs through: • Pastoral Care • Teaching • Conferences • Online Bible schools These benefits can be demonstrated by: • The building and operation of rehabilitation centres, schools, medical clinics and feeding programmes in various target areas of the world. • The accounts of individuals, communities and churches which have been supported, • Evidence of Community groups and churches developing local projects that become self-managed and self-supported. • The help provided to those who are disadvantaged and marginalised. • Evidence of mutual understanding and community relations being fostered through the teaching of respect for each other. There is no harm flowing from this purpose. The beneficiaries of this purpose are our partners and partner organisations that share our vision of bringing help, hope and healing to a hurting world. There is no private benefit flowing from this purpose.
