Purpose 1: To provide affordable childcare services to families in Northern Ireland, supporting better family life, parental well being, and child development. The benefits that flow from this purpose include improved access to affordable and high-quality childcare, enhanced family dynamics, reduced parental stress, and better developmental

outcomes for children. By providing affordable childcare, families are better supported to balance work and family responsibilities, leading to improved mental health and wellbeing for parents and caregivers. Children benefit from a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports their physical, cognitive, and emotional development. Purpose 2: To advance information, research, awareness, advice, courses and signposting for parents and carers to enhance their communication, parenting skills, confidence, and emotional strength. The benefit which flows from this purpose is that parents and carers in Northern Ireland have access to evidence-based, up-to-date information and support related to childcare, parenting skills, and family wellbeing. This helps parents and carers feel more confident and equipped to handle the daily challenges of parenting, leading to more resilient families and stronger community bonds. Purpose 1: This benefit will be demonstrated through regular feedback from families using the services, surveys assessing family satisfaction and child development milestones, and formal evaluations of the programs. Additionally, collaboration and partnerships with other organisations in the public, private, and voluntary sectors will provide further evidence of the positive impact of our services. Purpose 2 This will be demonstrated through regular feedback and surveys from parents and carers, formal evaluations of educational programs, and informal feedback from service users. Active collaboration and partnership working with other organisations in the public, private, and voluntary sectors will also provide evidence of the benefit. This includes children who benefit directly from the care provided and parents or caregivers who benefit from reduced stress and improved work-life balance. Purpose 2: The beneficiaries of this purpose are parents and carers in Northern Ireland, including those who seek to improve their parenting skills and family dynamics. This includes individuals and families who benefit directly from the educational programs and support services offered by the charity. Purpose 1: Charity Trustees may have children who benefit from the services provided by the charity. This benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to all beneficiaries. Purpose 2: Charity Trustees may gain personal benefit from the information and support provided, as they may also be parents or carers. This benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to all beneficiaries.

What your organisation does

Providing Childcare Services: We provide high-quality childcare for children aged 0 to 11 years, creating a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development. Education and Training for Parents and Carers: We offer education and training programs for parents, carers, and childcare professionals across Northern Ireland. Our goal is to

equip them with the most up-to-date, evidence-based information on effective communication and parenting strategies. Guidance and Support Services: We offer information, guidance, and signposting to parents and carers across Northern Ireland, enabling them to access locally available services, information, and support to help them improve their parenting skills and family dynamics. Access to Support Services: We provide access to a range of support services, including alternative therapies, to ensure parents and carers can address their challenges and improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing. Public Awareness and Advocacy: We run public awareness campaigns and advocate for government policies, funding, and provision of better support services for families. Our aim is to enhance the availability and quality of resources and support for parents and children across Northern Ireland. Fundraising: We actively fundraise to generate funds which are invested in the delivery of our services and support across Northern Ireland. These funds enable us to maintain and expand our educational programs, support services, and advocacy efforts.

The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: to enhance the development and education of children aged 0 to 11 years through the provision of affordable childcare services to families in Northern Ireland, which supports the child’s growth and development, better family life and parental wellbeing, ensuring that the Charity offers opportunities for all children, regardless of culture, race or means; to advance education and awareness of parents and carers through the provision of up-to-date information and support, research, advice, courses and signposting which will enhance communication, family wellbeing, parenting skills and confidence.
