Public benefits
What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes? To breakdown invisible barriers between communities, enhance life chances and experiences of children from the area and build a cohesive and safer community where young people feel a sense of belonging. It will build their capacity and leadership skills, improve their physical
and mental health and wellbeing as well as introducing them to cultural, sporting and social activities that they may never have had the opportunity of taking part in. The benefits will be demonstrated by the bringing of the community back to life, the strengthening of community integration, building the social bonds between the generations and encouraging young people to improve their physical, mental wellbeing and spiritual life. The programme will build the confidence of the young people for the future and instill HOPE in the community and move it forward. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity's beneficiaries are the local community in the surrounding Claudy area. In particular children participants aged between 10 and 15 of all abilities, young people from age 16 onwards, all other ages that are available to volunteer.
