as commonly understood within a Christian Faith. • purpose 2 include: - Spiritual, moral and intellectual development, through the teaching of the Bible, for any member of the public who attends our services and events. - The development of skills, knowledge and capabilities of members 24-7 Prayer who are involved in teaching at our services. • purpose 3 include: - The encouragement of those who live in the locality of the churches, organisations and schools we partner with as they participate in activities organised by us. All of the above benefits will be demonstrated through feedback from the general public within the local community area who attend our services and events. We do not anticipate that any harm will flow from any of the above purposes. General Public Two part time members of staff are employed by the organisation - their roles include but are not limited to: coordinating prayer spaces in schools activities, providing training, creating resources developing partnerships and supporting volunteers. These positions are recognised through salaries which we believe are incidental as the roles are vital to the running of the organisation and the achievement of its purposes.

What your organisation does

Grow Strategic partnerships with denominations, church networks and para-church organisations Develop regional Networks of Prayer with a specific focus on the 18-30 age group - support a network of volunteers. Run events and training Utilise 24-7 resources to equip and train the church for prayer both corporately and personally through

seminars/gatherings and one-one training Initiate prayer on a national level, calling and gathering the church in Ireland to pray at various times through the year, with an emphasis on unity. Train, develop and support a network of Prayer Space practitioners across para-church agencies, individuals and churches. Equip churches, Schools and para-churches to use the resources and deliver Prayer Spaces through training, literature and ongoing support. Develop a team to input into local church communities and build a growing sense of partnership amongst the 24-7prayer Communities Network in Ireland. Train and develop emerging leaders through our Leadership Pathway. Establish, develop and support communities of faith centred on prayer, mission and justice. Create and run spiritual retreats

Charitable purposes

The Trust is established for charitable purposes only, specifically the advancement of Religion (specifically the Christian Faith), the advancement of education, the advancement of citizenship or community development. Such purposes must be carried out exclusively in a manner that is beneficial to the public and is recognised by the law of Northern Ireland as being charitable. The Trust shall participate only in initiatives that are reasonably conducive to the realisation of the above mentioned purposes, such initiatives including (but not limited to) raising awareness and understanding of the Christian Faith through various means and events including the organising and holding of Prayer Rooms.
