Benefits can be demonstrated via resident, statutory & voluntary organisation feedback, as well as via our office visitor

The Association offers its services via our community office, including community activities and advice/signposting services. We provide help and advice regarding Housing issues, Benefit issues, PIP/DLA enquiries, Universal Credit etc. We work with statutory bodies including the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Ards & North Down Borough
Council - we raise issues affecting residents and lobby for action / improvements in our area. We also work with voluntary organisations who offer tenancy support and advice services. We provide various activities for senior citizens and youth, and also provide seasonal activities throughout the year.
