The development of the ex-Shirt Factory Premises, currently known as "The Rosemount Factory" will form part of Company's development plans. The building currently requires re-generation and renovation with an aim to increasing tourism in the City. The building will also afford the opportunity of developing an museum and ultimately a centre of historical education for the general public. By way of the preparation of regular monitoring reports, good and effective governance, adherence to government guidelines & regulations. robust financial procedures and adhering to requirements of funding organisations/government departments. The relevant regulations specified by the Companies Acts and the Charities Commission NI will also be monitored regularly to ensure compliance. Annual accounts will be prepared by the Company's external accountants. Monthly management administrative reports will be prepared for the Company's Trustees and made available at all regular Board Meetings. The purposes are intended to prevent and avoid harm to individuals and improve the well-being, safety, and health of communities by identifying and avoiding any risks. Mainly Residents of Communities, Community Organisations, Government Departments and their Agencies, Councils, etc. None of the employees or any of the Company's collaborative associates will receive a "private or personal benefit" Any benefits will be in the interest of those stated in the foregoing sections
