Public benefits

The direct benefits flowing from preventing or relief of poverty include providing necessary items such as food, bedding, cots, clothing and baby equipment to families that cannot afford them. The direct benefits flowing from the relief of those in need include reducing stress and anxiety among woman/families who are in need; reducing financial

hardship and promoting health and well being. These benefits are evidenced through increasing numbers of referrals from health professionals and other agencies; from records of referrals detailing items that have been given out; verbal feedback from health professionals and individuals/families that we have helped. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The beneficiaries of these purposes are women throughout the community who are facing challenging circumstances during pregnancy and early motherhood. The beneficiaries live across Northern Ireland but most in the Craigavon, Dungannon and Lisburn area. There is no private benefit flowing from the purpose of our organisation

What your organisation does
