purpose 2 include: all children having adequate and age-appropriate resources for learning and play, children with specific needs within the school will be provided with specialist resources to enhance their learning and mental health and children will have fun during fundraising activities which will help them feel part of a wider community. The benefits from purpose 1 are demonstrated through: an increased attendance at PTA Meetings, an increased number of volunteers, an increased profile within the local community, an increased number of local businesses offering to support the PTA and an increased number of parents using online ways to support fundraising through the PTA for the educational provision of the pupils. The benefits from purpose 2 are demonstrated through: Increased opportunities for pupils to take part in fundraising events and an increased amount of funds available to purchase equipment and resources to enhance the education and educational experience of all pupils. We carry out fundraising activities to: - Provide educational resources for the school such as reading books, play resources, outdoor learning resources, ipads, classroom equipment, sensory resources for special education needs and special events for the children. - Organise fundraising events, including discos, dress-up days and other special
events. - Organise an annual Fun Day to include all members of the school community. - Assist the school with raising funds for projects for pupils that cannot be afforded from their school budget.
