The direct benefits that flow from The Enniskillen Comic Fest purposes are that peoples knowledge and sense of well-being are enhanced through the collective work undertaken by our organisation members through comic book literature and associated fields of art, design, technology, philosophy and literature. The benefits of the organisation

activities are evidenced by measurement of numbers attending activities and feedback from participants. There is no harm flowing from the purposes of Enniskillen Comic Fest. The beneficiaries of the organisation are persons with an interest in comic books and associated niche related hobbies, living within County Fermanagh, other Counties of Northern Ireland, other Countries of the United Kingdom, within the Republic of Ireland and Internationally. The only private benefit flowing from the organisation purposes are that Enniskillen Comic Fest Trustees can participate in all activities and this is incidental and necessary to ensure that all eligible members of the community can potentially avail of these and benefit.

Charitable purposes

The purposes of Enniskillen Comic Fest shall be to advance the education of the public in the arts and culture of comic book literature and associated fields of art, design, technology, philosophy and literature, particularly, but not exclusively, by: (a) the organisation of a comic book convention based in County Fermanagh; (b) the encouragement of active participation by all ages and communities in the medium of comic book literature and other niche related hobbies and interests; (c) Such other ways as the committee shall decide from time to time
