The benefits which flow from the purpose of the advancement of the amateur sport of football North Down & Ards include improved health, fitness and well-being for our young players, the development of life-long skills including confidence, self-esteem, resilience, teamwork, discipline, respect, and communication as well as the opportunity to make
friends. These benefits are evidenced through verbal feedback from players' parents, coach reports, and published health and wellbeing research. In providing opportunities to play the amateur sport of football there is a risk of injury to our players however the risk of serious injury is minimal and the benefits outweigh the harm. The charity's beneficiaries are member players aged 4 to 15 years old from North Down and Ards. A private benefit to trustees may arise from our ongoing programme of training. Through this, our trustees gain skills and experience which are transferable. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the good governance and development of the charity. benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.

East Coast Strikers FC offers twice-weekly coaching sessions and weekend competitive football to children aged 4 to 15 years of age. Sessions are split by children's year of birth and are taken by qualified volunteer coaches and support staff which are managed by a voluntary committee.
