In regards to demonstrating public benefit we believe this is evidenced in direct feedback from service users at regular open meetings for users and volunteers; in the encouragement and uptake of direct involvement of service users in the running or our organisation and our centre (service users are encouraged to, and do, become volunteers and trustees/directors); in addition feedback sheets are collected at educational events to record the benefit of such events from the perspective of participants.
