Public benefits

Transcendental Meditation is a systematic and scientifically verified means of developing one’s total potential. The direct benefits flowing from the Charity’s teaching of Transcendental Meditation include removing physical and psychological stress, calming the mind, enjoying better health and focus, enjoying greater creativity and developing a

higher state of consciousness. These benefits can be evidenced through numerous studies and extensive research carried out by the Maharishi University of Management, a College in the USA accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and which offers post-secondary education in the state of Iowa under the administration of the Iowa College Student Aid Commission. Anyone can become a student or practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and so everyone can be considered a potential beneficiary of the Charity. There is no harm or private benefit arising from our purposes.
