Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from our purpose is the education of participants in the history of the 36th (Ulster) Division and further using this to better understand the they played in shaping the Northern Ireland of today. This benefit is evidenced by the increased participant numbers in each programme delivered and by the continued support of
various grant giving agencies where specific outcomes have been identified and delivered. There is no harm or possibility of harm leading from the purpose of the organisation. The charities beneficiaries are all individuals and groups in Northern Ireland regardless of age, disability, social or economic circumstance. The only private benefit from this purpose is that trustees may avail of any programme, training or event delivered by the organisation. This is incidental and does not impact on the public benefit
