3i - The relief of poverty in such a way as may be thought fit. - The direct public benefit resulting from this purpose is the transition of individuals from economic inactivity into self and or, employee ( 2013-14 - 50 new business started – created and maintaining 310 jobs) - Individual beneficiaries transitioning from relative poverty into

self/employment, which has enhanced their standard of living. 3ii - The relief of unemployment and or economic inactivity in such a way as may be thought fit. - The direct public benefit resulting from this purpose is the transition of individuals from economic inactivity into self and or, employee ( 2013-14 - 53 new jobs created and the maintenance of 310 jobs) - Develop pathways which facilitate the advancement of education, training, and or, retraining particularly among unemployed people in the Castlereagh area, and providing unemployed people with work experience. - 53 Individual beneficiaries transitioning into self/employment, which has enhanced their standard of living. 3iii - The advancement of education, training, and or, retraining particularly among unemployed people in the Castlereagh area, and providing unemployed people with work experience. - The direct public benefit resulting from this purpose is the development of employment capacity and pathways enabling beneficiaries into self and or, employee ( 2013-14 - 53 new jobs created and the maintenance of 310 jobs) - 53 beneficiaries, during the period 2013-14 provided with training and personal development skills enabling them to transition into self/employment, which has enhanced their standard of living. 3iv - The provision of financial assistance and business, technical assistance, or consultancy in order to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed people in cases of financial or other charitable need through help in setting up their own business or to existing businesses. - The direct public benefit resulting from this purpose is the transition of individuals into self-employment through a process of business start-up, which provides the beneficiary with all of the benefits illustrated above in the purpose 3iv. - Currently assisting the sustainability and growth potential of 120 small businesses, have conducted 50 new business start-up activates and provided support with all of the benefits illustrated above in the purpose 3iv during 2013-14. 3v - The creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of business incubation workspace, buildings and or land for use on favourable terms - The direct public benefit resulting from this purpose is the transition of individuals into self-employment by providing business incubation workspace, ranging from office, retail, manufacturing which provides the beneficiary with all of the benefits illustrated above in the purpose 3v. - Help beneficiaries living within Castlereagh and Dundonald area, for the purpose of urban regeneration to set up their own business. - Currently assisting 120 small businesses, with the provision of business incubation workspace, ranging from office, retail, manufacturing and have enabled the incubation of 50 new business start-up with all of the benefits illustrated above in the purpose 3v during 2013-14. - Harm and Private Benefit – The Public and Beneficiary benefit statement and activities stated above do not benefit any unintended beneficiaries, nor is there any identifiable or intend harm flowing form any of the purposes.

Help people living within Castlereagh and Dundonald area, for the purpose of urban regeneration to set up their own business. Provide sustainability and growth to existing businesses within Castlereagh and Dundonald area, through the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of business incubation workspace, buildings and or land for use on favourable terms in order to facilitate a seamless transition from economic inactivity into either self-employment or employment opportunities. Publish and distribute materials relating to the work of the Company. Bring together in conference representatives of voluntary organisations, government departments, statutory authorities and individuals, in order to facilitate the effective and efficient dissemination of the companies objectives for the good and benefit of urban regeneration as the public benefit within the Company’s sphere of influence, for the purpose of urban regeneration.

Charitable purposes

The objects of the Company shall be the promotion for the public benefit of urban regeneration in Castlereagh and its environs (the "area of benefit"), being an area of social and economic deprivation, by all or any of the following means: (i) the relief of poverty in such ways as may be thought fit; (ii) the relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment; (iii) the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience; (iv) the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance or business advice or consultancy in order to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed people in cases of financial or other charitable need through help: (i) in setting up their own business, or (ii) to existing businesses; (v) the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace, buildings and/or land for use on favourable terms.
