benefit from the provision of affordable social housing therefore enabling them to live better lives more independently People with disabilities and other complex needs benefit from appropriate housing; care and employment support services throughout Northern Ireland. They benefit by being able to live more independently in the community and not in institutions. Communities and members of the public also benefit as this helps build better communities throughout Northern Ireland and supports people with disabilities and complex needs. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from commissioners; regulators; service users; external accreditations and other benchmarking data. The purposes do not give rise to any harm. A private benefit to trustees may arise from our programme of training in governance and housing related issues however these benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to the public and our beneficiaries.
