Public benefits

All our proposed activities will have a benefit to Public. In each category outlined we will be monitoring all activity to ensure that the stated goals and expectations are realised.Regarding health and education the benefit will be evident with improved health and higher standards of education and educational and medical facilities. Regarding

media this is more difficult but it is envisaged that we will see definable public benefit in all areas including health education, definable career building and longer term employment through developing cutting edge media techniques. The beneficiaries of Morning Star Foundation will be persons, charities, or groups of individuals in any part of the world who can demonstrate clearly that they have a sustainable project or cause which complies with our stated objectives and more importantly that they have the ability and expertise to complete or are willing to allow our appointee to oversee the project to completion. It is our expectation that all monies advanced to projects or causes will result in the visible and quantifiable betterment of Health Standards, Educational advancement and effective communication of Christian values and beliefs. The objective of the Foundation is to create and develop the enrichment of people spiritually, physically and mentally making the world a better place. Directors will not be financial beneficiaries of the Foundation or any of its projects at any time.

What your organisation does

We have identified several areas in which we will be working. Initially the regions we will be focusing on are African Continent, India and South America. We will be working in conjunction with existing groups who have and can demonstrate competence within the specified activities, health, education and developing sustainable strategies for the

alleviation of poverty. Broadly speaking we see our remit to fall within the broad guidelines of Health, Education and Media.

Charitable purposes

The Company is established to promote Christianity, to support by means of financial assistance any charitable project for the protection and preservation of health, the relief of poverty or the advancement of education in the Third World primarily, but also in any part of the world where there is a particular spiritual or material poverty as result of famine, war or any other disaster and in particular for the relief of persons in need as a result of poverty, famine, war or other disaster, natural or otherwise in any part of the world (hereinafter called the 'beneficiaries') and in particular to: a) to establish, maintain and manage schools, medical facilities, and housing in the area of benefit for activities promoted by the Company; b) promote awareness among the general public of the work undertaken by the Morning Star Foundation within the area of benefit; c)the recruitment, selection and sending out of volunteers for short term service within the area of benefit.
