By making the facility of Hillsborough Community Centre available we are subsequently advancing education and providing facilities in the interests of social welfare

for recreation and leisure time occupation by associating together the inhabitants, local authorities, voluntary and other organisations that the inhabitants gain an interest in a new recreational past time or hobby that would not otherwise be available to them. Through having this interest which was made available to them by the Hillsborough Community Centre the individual’s self worth and motivation is improved. This improvement in the condition of life is provided through the availability of the facilities provided by Hillsborough Community Centre and the activities that are promoted by it.
