1. To promote job opportunities and industrial projects, enterprises and initiatives. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include providing employment and improving the quality of life in Moygashel and District. These benefits have been demonstrated by the acquisition of a derelict industrial site in Moygashel and the development of

the Linen Green Shopping Centre on it. In the future these benefits will be demonstrated through the purposed acquisition of a derelict site in the Moygashel area and the construction of accommodation on it. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the people living in, working in or resorting to Moygashel and District. There is no private benefit. 2. To undertake projects of a community nature. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include employment, recreation and leisure time occupation. These benefits will be demonstrated through the provision of social and sheltered housing. This purpose does not lead to harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the people living in, working in or resorting to Moygashel and District. There is no private benefit to this purpose. 3. To promote and encourage social integration. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include the improvement of quality of life. The benefits of this purpose have been demonstrated by the acquisition of a derelict industrial site in Moygashel and the development of the Linen Green Shopping Centre on it. In the future these benefits will be demonstrated through the provision of social and sheltered housing. This purpose does not lead to harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the people living in, working in or resorting to Moygashel and District. There is no private benefit to this purpose. 4. To improve, develop and construct lands and buildings. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include providing housing including social and sheltered housing to persons in need of such. The benefits of this purpose have been demonstrated through the purchase of a derelict industrial site in Moygashel and the development of the Linen Green Shopping Centre on it. This purpose does not lead to harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the people living in, working in or resorting to Moygashel and District. There is no private benefit to this purpose. 5. To promote the conservation, protection, improvement and the development of buildings with heritage or architectural value. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include the improvement of the environment in Moygashel. The benefits of this purpose have been demonstrated by the acquisition of a derelict industrial site in Moygashel and the development of the Linen Green Shopping Centre on it. In the future these benefits will be demonstrated through the proposed acquisition of another derelict building in Moygashel. This purpose does not lead to harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the people living in, working in or resorting to Moygashel and District. There is no private benefit to this purpose. To promote the conservation, protection, improvement and development of the natural environment. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include the improvement of the environment in Moygashel. The benefits of this purpose have been demonstrated by the acquisition of a derelict industrial site in Moygashel and the development of the Linen Green Shopping Centre on it. This purpose does not lead to harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the people living in, working in or resorting to Moygashel and District. There is no private benefit to this purpose.

What your organisation does

The organisation acquired the former Moygashel Factory in a derelict state, developed it into the Linen Green shopping centre and associated exhibition and other facilities, and sold it to the private sector. The organisation currently has funds of £950,000 approx, beimg the net sale proceeds, and is currently seeking to acquire premises or lands

for the purpose of providing social housing in Moygashel and District. The funds are currently held in the client account of the organisation,s solicitors.

The company’s objects are 1.
