Public benefits
The benefits which flow from the purpose are the promotion of the right of every Christian to search the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments for their own instruction and guidance and the provision of Christian worship without privation, penalty or inconvenience, leading to an active and effective congregation. The benefits are evidenced by
the effective operation of the congregation in the provision of public worship, pastoral care, moral and spiritual enhancement of the lives of those who are part of, or in contact with, the congregation. It is not considered that any harm is caused by or flows from our purpose. The charities beneficiaries are; - the members of the congregation of Raloo Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church, the community of Raloo and of adjacent districts in which the members of the congregation live and where the influence of the congregation is felt. A minister is employed by the congregation and is paid a salary in regard to their services. This is necessary to achieve our purposes and is therefore incidental.
