The direct benefits arising from the organisations purposes include improved education resources, enhanced learning opportunities and increased wellbeing for pupils of Belvoir Park PS. Funds raised by the PTA are used to provide additional equipment, materials, activities and experiences that support and enrich the school curriculum, but are not

full funded through statutory provision. The benefits can be identified through records of funds raised and how they are applied, such as purchases of education resources, support for school activities and equipment. Evidence may include financial accounts, meeting minutes, reports to parents and the school. There is no anticipated harm arising from the organisations purposes. all activities are voluntary, inclusive and designed to benefit the school community as a whole. The PTA operates in a manner that is supportive, transparent and in line with the school's policies and safeguarding procedures. Any potential risks associated with fundraising or events are managed appropriately to ensure the safety and well being of participants. The primary beneficiaries of the charity are the pupils of Belvoir Park PS. Secondary beneficiaries include school staff, families of pupils and the wider local communities, who benefit from enhanced school resources, school facilities and strengthen community engagement. There is no private benefit flowing from the charities purposes. Any benefit to Belvoir Park PS arises solely in it's capacity as an educational institution and is directly connected to the advancement of education and the wellbeing of pupils. No trustees, members, staff or individuals receive financial or material benefit.

What your organisation does

The PTA carries out its purpose by raising funds through voluntary contributions and organised events for the benefit of Belvoir Park PS. These funds are applied solely to advance education and promote the wellbeing of pupils by supporting school facilities, resources and activities. In doing so, the PTA fosters positive engagement between parents,

carers, staff and the wider community, encouraging participation and co-operation in support of the school's charitable aims.

Charitable purposes

The objectives of the Association are the advancement of education and the advancement of the welfare of pupils of Belvoir Park Primary School by: 1. Engaging in fundraising activities to support the school in purchasing equipment, books, and other resources that will benefit the children and enhance their learning. 2. Developing positive relationships between staff, parents, carers, and all those associated with the school. 3. Promoting the benefit of pupils, their families, and the wider community in the area served by Belvoir Park Primary School, in a manner that ensures a clear public benefit and supports the charitable aims of the Association.
