There is no harm flowing from the purposes of Tempo Men’s Shed. The beneficiaries of Tempo Men’s Shed are men aged over 18 living within Tempo village and the wider surrounding area. The only private benefit flowing from the organisation’s purposes are that Tempo Men’s Shed trustees can participate in all activities and use the facilities provided, this is incidental and necessary to ensure that all eligible members of the community can potentially avail of these and benefit.

Tempo Men’s Shed is an organisation who have formed to provide men from Tempo village and surrounding area with opportunities to meet and socialise with other men in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Our organisation have a range of equipment that allow members of the community to participate in social, recreational and educational activities

while attending the shed. Our organisation are organising activities to provide support and information to assist members with their health and wellbeing, this will involve linking with other organisations and health professionals. Our organisation link with other community organisations and participate in community events within our local and wider area.

The purposes of Tempo Men’s Shed are to advance the health and wellbeing of men from Tempo village and the surrounding area, by providing them with opportunities in a safe and inclusive group setting, to socialise, pursue hobbies, learn new skills and crafts, pursue projects in the fields of culture and heritage.
