Benefits also ca n be shown through the annual report and feedback/surveys from our members attending groups and activities. Feedback will be done regularly to ensure we are constantly ensuring the groups stay relevant and continue to benefit all our members Local businesses and communities are embracing our autism friendly ethos by implementing autism hours and greater awareness and training to their staff. There is no harm that the trustees have identified to date. Tribe Autism Support has mitigations in place such as risk assessments for every activity, access NI checks, insurance and ongoing training for all volunteers. Autistic children, young adults and their family along with the wider community Private benefits can arise that are unavoidable, these can be private training and development of transferrable skills for trustees.
