Feedback will be done regularly to ensure we are constantly ensuring the groups stay relevant and continue to benefit all our members Local businesses and communities are embracing our autism friendly ethos by implementing autism hours and greater awareness and training to their staff. There is no harm that the trustees have identified to date. Tribe Autism Support has mitigations in place such as risk assessments for every activity, access NI checks, insurance and ongoing training for all volunteers. Autistic children, young adults and their family along with the wider community Private benefits can arise that are unavoidable, these can be private training and development of transferrable skills for trustees.

Tribe Autism Support provides a wide range of activities in the evenings and weekends It provides social evenings for parents It provides activities not normally accessible by families such as private hire of the cinema and local amenties etc The groups combats social isolation by providing a safe and inclusive environment for all our members

The objects for which the Charity is established are, for the public benefit, to promote the well-being and development of autistic children and young adults and their families in Northern Ireland, through the provision of activities and support, and in particular: • To provide accessible, safe, and engaging activities tailored to the diverse needs of autistic individuals and their families, fostering an inclusive environment. • To advocate for the rights, needs, and inclusion of autistic children and young adults at local, regional, and national levels. • To advance public understanding and acceptance of autism within communities across Northern Ireland. • To facilitate opportunities for social inclusion, the development of life skills, and personal growth for autistic children and young adults. • To collaborate with other organisations, statutory bodies, professionals, and individuals to enhance and expand support provision and opportunities. • To raise funds ethically and transparently to achieve these charitable objects.
