Ofering empirical therapies and alternative therapies to help individuals understand and work through the aftermath of multiple traumata Providing social support through volunters to advise clients of their benefits and entitlements and help them apply for them.

Volunteers called "Battle Buddies" also provide immediate and ongoing befriending serves to aligne with the clients' identified Individual Treatment Plan Reductions in psychometric scores. Services surveys. Statistics No Members and families of individual who have served in Uniformed Public Services such as RUC PSNI NIPS and the Armwed services, Army, navy, mariners and RAF Improvement in the individual's holistic well being and learning healthier mechanisms to cope with a lifelong debility. Educating the client to their eligibility and assist them applying for benefits and access to appropriate Benevolent Charities. THere is no peronsal benefit to anyone other than the client

Provides essential and immediate access to empirical psychoterapy and counselling to vulnerable at risk of harm or suicie uniformed public servants and their families. Therapists are highly trained to work with Tiers 1 through 4 by providing trauma based CBT & EMDR. In addition Volunteers provide social support and assistance with applying for

Charitable purposes

To promote and protect the mental health and wellbeing, and to relieve the needs of veterans of the uniformed public services and their families/carers in the promotion and preservation of good mental and emotional health, primarily, but not exclusively, through the provision of counselling services, assistance to access services through provision of a helpline providing information and support, and the delivery of activities to reduce social isolation and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
