Educational and recreational activities will be monitored for engagement and participation levels. Feedback will be gathered through surveys, informal discussions, and testimonials to assess the impact on learning, wellbeing, and community connection. Case studies will highlight personal stories of change. Heritage projects will be recorded through archives, publications, and event participation. Economic development will be evidenced by support given to local enterprises and collaborations. Regular reviews and partnerships will ensure accountability and continued relevance. There is no significant harm arising from any of the organisation’s purposes. All activities are designed to promote education, wellbeing, heritage, culture, and economic opportunity in a positive and inclusive manner. Any minimal risk—such as the safeguarding of children or vulnerable adults during events—is carefully managed through appropriate policies, procedures, and training. Overall, the benefits to the community far outweigh any potential risks. The charity’s beneficiaries are the inhabitants of Killymaddy, Drumsallen, Knappagh, Lisnafeedy, and the surrounding rural hinterlands. This includes individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities living in these areas. Beneficiaries may also include local community groups, schools, voluntary organisations, and small businesses that engage with or benefit from the charity’s educational, cultural, social, and economic activities. Any private benefit arising from the charity’s purposes is incidental and necessary to achieving those purposes. For example, individuals or organisations may receive payment for delivering services such as training, facilitation, or professional support. These benefits are essential for carrying out charitable activities effectively and are managed in line with good governance and procurement practices. No private benefit is excessive or outweighs the public benefit provided.
