What your organisation does

Hope mental wellbeing are a newly formed multi-cultural mental wellbeing outreach organisation who operate primarily but not exclusively in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We recognise that many individuals in our community’s face challenges related to mental and emotional health, including poverty, isolation, loneliness, and addiction, which includes

those in employment, unemployment and in low-income families and from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. In addition to the one-to-one support and group activities we facilitate and collaborate with organisations and their staff to promote good mental health & wellbeing. We provide wellbeing outreach resources, podcasts, training courses, talks, sessions. workshops and events designed to promote good mental health awareness, such as stress & anxiety management, self-care, building resilience, better self-esteem and positive engagement. Furthermore, we support (social inclusion) people to feel included and valued within their communities, general society and workplaces.

Charitable purposes

The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are: (a) to advance health & wellbeing, promote good mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, mental health awareness and positive community engagement through the provision of, but not limited to: (i) mentoring, mental wellbeing coaching, counselling, cbt resources, mental health, training, workshops, talks, sessions, events and seminars on topics such as good mental wellbeing, mental wellness, stress management, anxiety management, self-care, emotional wellbeing awareness and life coaching. (ii) facilitating, signposting to the appropriate mental health facilities and healthcare professional services through collaborating with local mental health services, G P practices, professionals and organisations.
