Public benefits
What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes? Dreams are fulfilled with no cost to the dreamer. All arrangements are made for the dreamer, to remove added stress. The dream will give the dreamer a positive focus to help distract them from worry and stress. How can the benefits identified above be demonstrated? The most
relevant way to demonstrate the impact of the dream is to obtain feedback from the dreamer and their families. We do this after every dream is completed and we post their feedback on our designated website and social media. Their permission to do this is obtained in advance of the dream. Is there any harm arising from any of the purposes? No - prior to accepting a dream, the dreamer completes a waiver which includes they gain approval from their medical team to participate in that particular dream. Who are the charity's beneficiaries? Those with a terminal cancer diagnosis. Is there any private benefit flowing from any of the purposes? No - the only benefits are to the dream recipients.
What your organisation does
The organisation plans and organises a wish requested by the dreamer. We work with local businesses to fulfil the dream e.g. local hotel may provide a short break away or provide it at a reduced cost.
