What your organisation does

Participation would involve all or some of the following depending on availability and interest: - Acting as a class ambassador – helping with school trips, school shows and evening events. - Working as a member of a Policy Focus Group – contributing to school policies (Behaviour, Uniform etc) and having input as a voice for parents. - Fundraising

for school trips and events. All agreed they would like the children to avail of school outings/trips and more social events. All agreed that fundraising and parental contribution for show events is needed to provide this outcome.

Charitable purposes

The PFSA purpose is to advance the education of the children of St John’s PS by strengthening school community relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school by all or any of the following objectives which are: • To support our children with additional learning and enrichment activities. • To act as class ambassadors – helping with school trips, school shows and evening events. • To engage as a member of School Policy Parent Focus Groups. • To fundraise for school trips and events.
