intellectual development and enhancement in knowledge and understanding of individual beneficiaries and an improved sense of wellbeing and increased self-esteem of individual beneficiaries as they develop new skills, capabilities and knowledge. • Purpose 4 (the relief of poverty): The relief of poverty through education, the development of new knowledge and skills, and sustainable development projects. • Purpose 5 (the advancement of citizenship or community development): The encouragement of individuals to be good citizens, taking care of the environment and community in which they live. Improved community life as individuals join together to work on sustainable development projects. Purpose 1: The moral improvement in society as a whole which religion is considered to encourage. Purpose 2: A reduction in disease and mortality rates and a general improvement in health and welfare. Purpose 3: Better examination results and progression to further studies, with beneficiaries ultimately better equipped to enter into employment. It supports the work of a sister charitable organisation based in Tanzania known as Tanzania Christian Farm Development Trust (TZ) by: - raising the profile and promoting awareness of the work of TZ in the UK - seeking to raise funds and provide financial support to TZ - sharing knowledge, expertise and experience - providing training - arranging
visits of members and volunteers to Tanzania.
