The objects of the Company shall be the promotion of the public benefit of the inhabitants of Ahoghill and its environs (the “area of benefit”) by the making of donations or subscribing money to or for any charity or charities or charitable purpose or purposes which benefit the inhabitants of Ahoghill by the following means: (i) the prevention of poverty (ii) the advancement of education (iii) the advancement of religion (iv) the advancement of health or the saving of lives (v) the advancement of citizenship and community development (vi) regeneration (vii) the advancement of arts culture heritage and science (viii) the advancement of environmental protection and improvement (ix) the advancement of amateur sport (x) the advancement of human rights and conflict resolution (xi) the advancement of animal welfare (xii) the relief of those in need (xiii) to promote all or any objects for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit and the general public which now or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable
