The direct benefits from the purpose 'strengthening practitioner insight on intersectional justice' include the development of more inclusive structures in human rights advocacy collectives, and centring marginalized individuals who face systemic exclusion. These benefits are, and will be demonstrated through: - Changes in the composition and

strategy of our beneficiaries, - Numerically quantifiable progress in improving the representation of hitherto un/under-represented individuals/groups, - Surveys/stringent Monotoring and Evaluation of the Consortium's contributions to strengthen a better understanding of intersectional justice. No potential harm has been foreseen to arise from the purposes/activities/strategic plan of the Consortium. The Consortium's primary beneficiaries are: - Women from diverse backgrounds, representing varied lived experiences. - Indigenous people who advocate for their human rights, treaty rights, rights to practice their culture/customs, rights over their land/waterways/natural resources - Minority groups subjected to systemic marginalization The Consortium works to empower and support the capacity-building of individuals who partake in our programmatic work, so that they can continue holistically inclusive work in their own capacities. This is a necessary private benefit as it arms people with the knowledge and insights to promote autonomous initiatives that prioritize intersectional justice.

What your organisation does

The Consortium will carry out training/advocacy guidance/knowledge sharing initiatives, provide support to women/indigenous people/members of marginalized minorities through sub granting, developing research on intersectional justice. The Consortium will carry out its purpose by positioning itself as an international expert body, a global reference

on issues pertaining to the promotion of intersectional justice.
