Public benefits

The direct benefit which flows from object a) will be a setting in which participants are equipped to live out their faith in practical ways that make a positive impact in their lives and communities, as well as improved mental, emotional and spiritual well-being for our participants from being a part of a like-minded, supportive community. The

direct benefit which flows from object b) will be the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being of our participants as well as the general public who benefit from any activities, services and outreaches which we perform. These benefits will be demonstrated through a consistent and hopefully increasing number of people willingly gathering to our Sunday and weekly events, as well as feedback which will be requested annually. No harm has been identified from these purposes. The charity’s beneficiaries will be the general public. The private benefits flowing from these purposes are the possible employment of trustees as staff and pastors as the organisation grows, as well as the trustees gaining experience as a trustee which may be transferred to another organisation. These benefits are incidental and necessary in order to achieve the purposes as outlined above. In the case of trustee employment, remuneration will be discussed without the employed trustee, and any connected person, present.
