Public benefits
The purpose of the organisation is to advance the education of the pupils in the school, in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school. By everyone working together we can create a positive environment within our school setting, where parents and teachers come together to best
meet the needs of pupils. The school ethos is 'Caring, Sharing, Preparing', so by working together as a team, we are providing opportunities to prepare them in a positive, inclusive learning environment. Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. The money raised will be spent to purchase equipment, improve facilities and update schemes of work for students in Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. In order to develop effective relationships, staff and parents of the PTA meet together to plan and organise different events throughout the year. For example, each year we hold a Christmas Raffle. The parents take responsibility in gathering raffle prizes and selling tickets while teachers focus on advertising the raffle within the school and on school social media. To help ensure good communication, the PTA have a Whatsapp group to maintain regular contact. The money raised through our fundraising activities will then be used to buy resources and equipment for our students. For example, some of the money was put toward purchasing outdoor equipment to help make outdoor learning area more fun and interactive for the pupils of the school. None The charity's beneficiaries are the staff and pupils of Jones Memorial Primary School. No
