Purpose 1 is demonstrated through having an active PTA that works in partnership with the school and engages parental support. Is there any harm arising from any of the purposes? No harm arises from either purpose. Who are the charity's beneficiaries? The benefit is for the children at St Patrick's Academy school. Is there any private benefit flowing from any of the purposes? Is it incidental and necessary?
