What your organisation does
RYANI assists clubs in their development through running courses, one to one meetings and running webinars and conferences. We also run Instructor and coach development courses. To address the under representation of women in the sport we run Women on Water programmes and Festival. We also lobby government departments and agencies on behalf of
our clubs, members and general sailing public. We run the performance programme to assist young athletes who have an ambition to compete at a higher level in the sport such as the Olympics.
