Public Benefits: The direct benefits flow from our objectives and purpose. That being to “Work to provide and / or assist with the provision of sporting facilities, services and activity, for the benefit of the people living in or visiting North West Portadown and surrounding areas for recreational sporting or other leisure time activity the

interests of social welfare and wellbeing. Such facilities and access to sports activity will be provided to public with a focus on ensuring that all the community have access to facilities and sporting activity regardless of their gender, age, ability. social standing, social or economic circumstances, race, religion or sexual orientation. Participants will ultimately benefit from healthier lifestyles, wellbeing and social inclusion through sport. The direct benefits to the broader community will include improved physical and emotional wellbeing as a direct result of participation in sporting activity – football and other recreational sporting activity. Other benefits include the continued growth and development of community-based sports providers and the advancement of skills and sporting performance, instilling greater self-confidence and belief within the broader community. The direct benefits include improvement in physical and emotional health and well-being as a result of participation in football and other recreational activities and sports, including improved self-esteem and confidence, improved physical and mental health across all age groups within the community. These benefits will be identified and demonstrated. All activity will be evaluated. Regular membership / participant surveys will facilitate ongoing review and evaluation with learning from the evaluation used to shape future programmes and activities. Activity will be reviewed by discussion groups, forums, online questionnaires, 1 to 1 consultation with participants and reports will be shared quarterly online and at an AGM. Participant numbers, returning participants, increased participation and cross selling (people participating in new sporting activities) will be recorded and reviewed and again used to shape future planning. No, our purposes do not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of our purposes are people living in North West Portadown and surrounding areas. The beneficiaries of our purposes are children, young people and adults living in or visiting North West Portadown (and surrounding areas). No private benefit.

• Fundraise – organise fundraising events and solicit grants / donations in order to fund spaces and places for recreational sport and to encourage greater community involvement in sport and recreational sporting activity. • Open a bank account and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions • Ensure that appropriate / necessary

insurance cover is in place for all activities and events. • Acquire and manage land and buildings used for the advancement of the key objectives • Organise and manage programmes courses and sporting events • Work with other groups, sporting organisations and schools and exchange information and learning to further the advancement of sporting activity, good health and wellbeing in the area

Aims The aims of the Trust shall be to: (a) Work to provide and / or assist with the provision of sporting facilities, services and activity, for the benefit of the people living in or visiting North West Portadown and surrounding areas. (b) Help to facilitate recreational, sporting or other leisure activity with an interest in promoting an approach to social welfare and healthy lifestyles. (c) Advance amateur sport by working to provide and maintain sports / football facilities for St. Mary’s YCFC and other sporting organisations in the area.
