Purpose 2 - The benefit which flows from this purpose includes advancing educational progress and attainment of pupils in the school and strengthening links with the local
community. Purpose 3 - The direct benefit which flows from this purpose is the positive impact that health and well-being has on the educational environment for the pupils and staff. Purpose 1 - This is demonstrated through having an active Parent Support Group that works in partnership with the school and engages parental support. Purpose 2 - This is demonstrated through pupils having access to resources, activities, events, and links with the local community which are not available through direct school funding. Purpose 3 - This is demonstrated through feedback from staff, pupils, parents/carers. All purposes - There is no harm associated with any of the purposes. Purpose 1 - The beneficiaries of this purpose are parents/carers, staff and people associated with St Michael’s Primary School, Dunamanagh. Purpose 2 - The beneficiaries of this purpose is for the children at St Michael’s Primary School, Dunamanagh. Purpose 3 - The beneficiaries of this purpose are the staff, pupils and all persons associated with St Michael’s Primary School, Dunamanagh. All Purposes - Charity trustees (Parent Support Group committee members) are also parents at the school which their children attend and hence gain benefit in the same way as all other beneficiaries. This benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to all beneficiaries.
What your organisation does
St Michael's Primary School Parent Support Group is run by parents and staff from our school community. The main aim of the Parent Support Group is to raise funds to assist the school in providing resources to further support the provision of education. The group organises social and educational activities for the pupils, families and wider
community.
