Public benefits

Purpose 1: To support and promote the learning of the children at Bushvalley Primary School to help them reach their potential both socially and academically. The benefit which flows from this purpose includes increased educational progress and social development of the pupils. Purpose 2: Support the aims and values of Bushvalley Primary School.

The benefit which flows from this purpose includes new educational and social experiences for all pupils which will shape their lives now and in the future. This is demonstrated through children having access to resources, events and activities which are not available through direct school funding. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charities beneficiaries are the children attending Bushvalley Primary School. The only private benefit is that the trustees have children at the school and therefore benefit in the same way as other beneficiaries.
