Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from promoting the benefit of the community of the Association in a common effort to advance education include ensuring our future generations have an education that encompasses all elements that are necessary in ensuring they are adequately prepared for life. The direct benefits which flow from providing facilities
in the interests of community development, recreation or other leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said community include ensuring future generations have access to state of the art facilities in their area which can improve their health outcomes and quality of their lives. The direct benefits which flow from providing or securing the provision of community development, educational, environmental and recreational facilities and practical assistance for people within the area of benefit include providing links with the local community ensuring future generations stay in the local area and help develop its future. The benefit of promoting the benefit of the community of the Association in a common effort to advance education can be demonstrated by having an active association which works in partnership with the school and the community. The benefit of providing facilities in the interests of community development, recreation or other leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said community can be demonstrated by having an active community which support and attends the events of the association. The benefit of providing or securing the provision of community development, educational, environmental and recreational facilities and practical assistance for people within the area of benefit can be demonstrated by the pupils of the school having access to facilities they wouldn’t normally have access to through the school funds. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes outlined. The charity's beneficiaries are any family in the catchment area of the school who have children who attends or wished to attend the school. The only private benefit is that the trustees have children at the school and therefore benefit in the same way as other beneficiaries. The organisation has confirmed that this private benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure that the benefits are provided to all the beneficiaries.

Organise or assist in organising events, festivals, meetings, lectures, classes and exhibitions, Obtain, collect and receive money by way of grants, donations, bequests, legacies or other lawful method, Recruit and train volunteers with relevant skills to carry out the objects of the Association, Promote and organise co-operation in the achievement
of the above objects and, to that end, work in association with local authorities and voluntary organisations, the Committee which shall meet not less than three times a year, Membership of the Association shall be open to anyone over 16 and who can subscribe to the objects of the Association.
