The benefits are a better quality of life for users of Newtownhamilton Community Centre, sashared space for the community to meet and enjoy and provision of low cost, affordable community events. These benefits are identified through the provision of Newtownhamilton Community Centre and providing programmes for people to attend at the

Centre. There is no harm arising from the purpose. The beneficiaries are children, men, mental health, older people, parents unemployed/low income, voluntary and community sector, volunteers, women, youth. There is no private benefit.

We manage Newtownhamilton Community Centre for the public for bookings for activities, events and programmes inclusively of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, marital status or sexual orientation. The community association runs programmes throughout the year including summer camps, educational classes, recreational

classes and training courses.

Charitable purposes

To improve the quality of life for all residents of Newtownhamilton and surrounding area, without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, or political, religious or other opinion by working with statutory agencies, voluntary organisations, business, and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, health and wellbeing, recreation, and access to services and activities. To manage Newtownhamilton Community Centre and facilitate services and activities, provided for the benefit of all residents of Newtownhamilton. To ensure the proper conduct of events or functions held in the premises and the proper use of facilities provided by the Council
