Benefits will also include empowering local communities to become involve in issues that affect their general day to day living. Provision will be made for local business to

What your organisation does
To advance community development, in particular, but not exclusively by: (a) the management of a multi-use community hub providing a range of facilities and space to meet the educational, societal, recreational and cultural needs of the community: (b) promoting and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of charities, voluntary and community
groups by the provision and management for such organisations of office accommodation, conference, training and other facilities, services, or support and by any other means as the directors shall consider appropriate. The promotion for the benefit of the public of urban regeneration in the area of benefit by any of the following means: (a) preserve buildings which are of historic importance; (b) the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace and/or buildings; (c) the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people To promote the heritage of the area by the provision of an exhibition space showcasing various aspects of local history and by any other means as the directors shall consider appropriate.
