Public benefits

This charity is a response to a need. The need is reflected in many pieces of research and observed from our own personal experience. Female care leavers are at a social and economic disadvantage in Northern Ireland. We seek to be a charity and social enterprise offering opportunities for young women to build a future for themselves. We will

provide a safe environment where young women can flourish and reach their full potential. We want to use opportunities in the hospitality industry to promote employability and entrepreneurship, equipping these young women with transferable skills for the working world. We will offer accredited training courses, work experience and paid employment within our social enterprise to empower young women, to build their career and to avoid the cycle of abuse, prostitution, criminal activity and poverty. Feedback from beneficiaries. No. Young women leaving care. No.
