Children attending St.Malachy's school and those living in the area will have access to additional activities, facilities, equipment which will benefit them in terms of social, educational and emotional development. These benefits are evidenced through the number of extra activities, level of uptake of activities, feedback from participants and
evaluation of programmes There is no harm arising from any of the purposes Children attending St.Malachy's school and those living in the kilcoo area. A private benefit to trustees may arise when trustees or their children participate in activities. Trustees children may attend the school or live locally and therefore benefit from participating in activities. When delivering programmes Trustees may gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.

The organisation is made up of a voluntary board who source and apply for grants and fundraise to deliver extra curriculum activities and resources which advance the education and wellbeing of pupils within the school and those living in the area.
