A private benefit to trustees may arise when trustees or their children participate in activities. Trustees children may attend the school or live locally and therefore benefit from participating in activities. When delivering programmes Trustees may gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.
