Public benefits

Improvement in mental help Education and awareness Healing Building awareness Lower the risk of harmful behaviours and suicide Companionship/ community of peers Family healing Victims and survivors can meet face to face meetings with a trained support worker to help talk through their experiences and establish a trust bond which supports them

through the work they will do individually or group around education of the effects of sexual abuse. Clients will be empowered by the speaking of other survivors and educated in safe relationships and how to understand issues of guilt or shame. This helps the client to establish healthy boundaries and assist with healing and reduce the self-blame. When clients feel they can enter the group arena then they will combat the loneliness that surrounds a person of sexual abuse or violence. We offer a safe environment for this to take place and believe this helps with the lowing the risk of harmful behaviours by having a support group of peers. We have sourced many beauty establishments willing to help provide treatments to women who may need a boost for their self-esteem and this we believe will provide some healing. NO due to the nature of the charity we will be very mindful of any triggers and retraumatising of individuals and will speak about this at the beginning of group sessions and also be providing safeguarding advice at the start of every meeting one on one or group. rape and sexual abuse victims/survivors No private benefit
